By opting into the Viking Tree & Stump mobile messaging service, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
Types of Messages
When you provide your phone number and opt-in, you may receive text messages regarding:
- Appointment Reminders: Confirmations and reminders for site visits or service dates.
- Service Updates: Notifications regarding the status of your tree removal, pruning, or stump grinding.
- Billing & Estimates: Delivery of digital estimates and invoices.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us, but typically does not exceed 4 messages per week.
Fees Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. Viking Tree & Stump does not charge a fee for this service; however, your mobile carrier may charge for sending and receiving text messages.
Opt-In Methods
You may opt-in to our SMS service through:
- Online contact forms on our website.
- Verbal consent during phone calls or on-site estimates.
- Written consent on paper service agreements.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (248) 906-5388. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
